岗位职责 (Key Responsibilities)

• 基础设施即代码 (IaC)：使用 Terraform、Ansible 等工具实现基础设施即代码与自动化部署 (Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation)。
• 流水线构建 (CI/CD)：构建和维护高可用的 CI/CD 流水线，实现快速、安全的服务发布 (Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines)。
• 监控与观测 (Observability)：设计并实施监控、日志记录与告警系统，确保系统的深度可观测性 (Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems)。
• 容量与容灾 (Capacity & DR)：负责系统容量规划、性能调优与灾难恢复 (Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery initiatives)。
• DevSecOps：与开发团队紧密协作，将安全实践深度集成到开发和运维流程中 (Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the development lifecycle)。

任职要求 (Basic Qualifications & Requirements)

• 教育背景：计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历 (Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field)。
• 工作经验：3年以上在高要求、高并发环境中的运维或 DevOps/SRE 经验 (3+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in high-concurrency, demanding environments)。
• 技术能力：精通 Linux/Unix 操作系统，熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如 Python、Go 或 Shell (Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and strong scripting skills)。
• 容器与编排：丰富的容器化 (Docker) 和编排 (Kubernetes) 实战经验 (Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration)。
• 云平台经验：熟练使用主流云平台，如 AWS、Azure 或 GCP (Familiarity with cloud platforms)。
• 团队协作：具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神 (Strong communication and team collaboration skills)。

优先条件 (Preferred Qualifications)

• 具备金融行业或交易系统相关背景经验 (Previous experience in the financial industry, especially with trading systems)。
• 熟悉金融市场交易协议，例如 FIX (Knowledge of financial market protocols like FIX)。
• 拥有 AWS/Azure/GCP 等相关专业云认证 (Relevant cloud certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)。
• 有日志聚合和分析系统（如 Prometheus、Grafana 或 ELK stack）的实战经验 (Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack)。
