岗位职责 (Key Responsibilities)

• 安全监控 (Security Monitoring)：负责 7x24 小时监控安全信息和事件管理 (SIEM) 系统及其他安全工具告警 (Monitor SIEM systems and other security tool alerts)。
• 日常巡检 (Security Audits)：负责日常安全巡检，检查系统漏洞、安全配置基线合规性等 (Perform daily security checks, including vulnerability scans and compliance audits)。
• 安全运维 (Security Operations)：管理和运维终端防护、防病毒、漏洞扫描等基础安全系统 (Assist in managing endpoint protection, antivirus, and vulnerability management systems)。
• 应急响应 (Incident Response)：作为一线响应人员，协助处理已确认的安全事件，并参与定期演练 (Support incident response activities and participate in regular drills)。
• 策略与合规 (Compliance)：协助执行信息安全策略和流程，支持合规性审计及文档整理 (Assist in the execution of security policies and compliance documentation)。

任职要求 (Basic Qualifications & Requirements)

• 教育背景：计算机科学、信息安全或相关专业本科及以上学历 (Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field)。
• 工作经验：3 至 5 年信息安全或相关 IT 领域工作经验 (3–5 years of experience in information security or a related IT role)。
• 基础知识：熟悉网络基础知识 (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) 与主流操作系统 (Linux/Windows) 的基本操作和安全管理 (Foundational knowledge of networking and mainstream OS)。
• 工具掌握：有使用或了解 SIEM、IDS/IPS、防火墙、漏洞扫描器等安全工具的实际经验 (Familiarity with security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, Vulnerability Scanners)。
• 个人素质：具备良好的学习能力、责任心和分析问题的能力，能在压力下独立工作 (Strong sense of responsibility, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure)。

优先条件 (Preferred Qualifications)

• 持有 Security+、CISP、CEH 等基础或中级专业安全认证 (Professional certifications such as Security+, CISP, or CEH)。
• 具备基础的脚本编程能力 (如 Python, PowerShell, Shell)，能进行简单的任务自动化 (Basic scripting skills for task automation)。
• 了解金融行业相关监管要求与合规背景 (Understanding of financial industry regulations)。
• 有金融科技 (Fintech) 或金融服务行业安全工作经验 (Experience in a fintech or financial services environment)。
