About the Role

We are seeking a payments and fintech business development professional to join our Hong Kong OTC desk. This role focuses exclusively on building relationships with payment companies, fintech platforms, and money movement businesses based in Hong Kong and Singapore. You will introduce these companies to the efficiency of digital assets and stablecoins for cross-border payments, settlement, and treasury management. This is not a traditional institutional sales role---we need someone who understands how payment companies operate and can speak their language.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Apply if you have a proven track record in any of the following areas:

Payments / Fintech Business Development Professional

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships at a payment company, fintech platform, or money movement business

Understanding of cross-border payments, merchant services, or payment solutions

Relationships with or deep knowledge of how payment companies operate

Based in Hong Kong or Singapore

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard payment companies, fintech platforms, and money movement businesses across Hong Kong and Singapore

Introduce OSL's stablecoin and digital asset solutions as a faster, cheaper alternative for cross-border payments and settlement

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing

Build deep relationships with decision-makers at payment firms (CFOs, treasurers, heads of payments)

Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, compliance, trading) to ensure seamless client onboarding

Represent OSL at payments and fintech industry events across HK and SG

Who We Are Looking For

3+ years of client-facing, revenue-generating experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the payments or fintech industry

Deep understanding of cross-border payments, merchant services, or payment solutions

Proven track record of exceeding targets and building client relationships

Fluent in Mandarin and English (essential for client communications)

Based in Hong Kong or Singapore
