About the Role

We seek a proactive and results-driven OTC Sales Manager to join our Hong Kong team. Your primary mission will be to drive OTC trading volume and revenue by directly engaging with institutional and high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crypto OTC sales, an established network, and the necessary regulatory licensing to operate within our SFC-licensed framework.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Driving (80%): Personally drive OTC trading volume and revenue by leveraging your established network. Source, pitch, and close new institutional clients (e.g., trading firms, hedge funds, proprietary trading desks, HNWIs, corporate treasuries, import/export firms).

Strategic Business Development (10%): Develop and execute a targeted strategy to penetrate specific client verticals where you see opportunity, going beyond your immediate network.

Cross-Selling & Internal Collaboration (10%): Work with internal teams to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across OSL's suite of wealth management and global products, contributing to the firm's overall growth.

Qualifications & Experience

SFC Licensing: Must hold or be able to immediately obtain an SFC Type 1 license.

A proven and verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets in the financial services industry.

Proven Performance: A documented history of exceeding ambitious revenue targets and personally onboarding significant clients.

Commercial Acumen: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous.
