About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end token listing process, integrating best practices and market trends to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate listing-related campaigns such as Launchpad and Launchpool, aligning efforts with the company's strategic objectives.

Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure operational compliance with internal standards and industry protocols.

Collaborate with internal teams---legal, compliance, risk, product, and tech---to ensure listings are executed efficiently and in full compliance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with token project teams to support a seamless listing experience.

Work closely with project teams to meet listing requirements and resolve any issues along the way.

Provide ongoing support to listed projects, helping address their operational and promotional needs.

Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, marketing, media, or language-related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in crypto asset operations or token listing.

Solid understanding of crypto markets and user behavior.

Familiarity with digital asset compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and experience tracking user growth metrics.

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
