About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and revenue-driven professionals to expand our global OTC desk by growing our institutional OTC client base, focusing on complex, high-value transactions across a diversified product set. While direct crypto OTC experience is highly valued, we recognize that exceptional talent can come from adjacent fields.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit new omnibus partners across Asia---brokers, introducing brokers, white-label platforms, and fintechs looking to offer crypto to their clients.
Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
Structure commercial terms that work for both OSL and our partners, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless partner integration and client support.
Track and report on partner performance, trading volume, and revenue generation.
Represent OSL at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and expand your network within the broker community.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in prime brokerage, introducing broker (IB) programs, white-label solutions, or platform partnerships.
Understanding of omnibus account structures, multi-tier trading platforms, and how brokers operate.
A network of contacts at brokerages, fintech platforms, or financial intermediaries in Asia.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of sales cycles, commission structures, and a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
