岗位职责 Responsibilities

负责重点客户商务洽谈与合作签约

设计并执行会员制企业合作方案

维护客户关系并提升续费率

协助组织行业沙龙、线上直播及客户活动

完成年度销售目标与客户增长指标

Lead business negotiations and partnership agreements with key clients

Design and execute membership-based enterprise service solutions

Maintain client relationships and improve retention rate

Support industry forums, webinars, and client events

Achieve annual sales and client acquisition targets
任职要求 Qualifications

2年以上B端销售经验
-
有高客单价销售经验优先
-
熟悉Web3、产业资源整合或企业服务领域者优先
-
优秀的客户管理与谈判能力
-
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience

Experience handling high-value contracts preferred
-
Background in Web3, enterprise services, or industry resource integration preferred

Strong client management and negotiation skills
