Position Overview 职位概述

The Finance Director will lead and oversee the Company's overall financial strategy, financial management framework, and compliance structure across Hong Kong and Mainland China. The role is responsible for financial governance, cross-border tax planning, capital structure optimization, and risk control, ensuring sustainable and compliant business growth.

负责统筹公司香港及内地整体财务战略规划、财务管理体系建设与合规架构设计，全面提升公司资金效率、税务合规水平及风险控制能力，支持公司可持续发展与战略扩张。

Key Responsibilities 岗位职责

1. Financial Strategy & Governance 制定并执行公司整体财务战略，建立规范的财务管理制度及内部控制体系，确保财务运作高效、透明、合规。

2. Cross-border Financial Management 统筹香港及内地财务体系，优化集团资金结构与现金流管理，提升资金使用效率。

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis 主导集团财务报表编制与合并报表管理，提供管理层决策所需的财务分析与战略建议。

4. Tax Planning & Compliance 负责香港及内地税务规划与合规管理，优化税务结构，降低税务风险。

5. Audit & Regulatory Liaison 统筹内外部审计工作，对接银行、税务机关、监管机构及审计师，确保公司符合监管要求。

6. Risk Management & Internal Control 建立并完善财务风险识别与管控机制，防范法律与合规风险。

7. Team Leadership 组建并管理财务团队，推动人才培养与专业能力建设。

8. Capital & Investment Management 参与融资、投资及资本运作项目，支持公司资本结构优化及业务拓展。

Qualifications 任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields; Master's degree preferred; 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融或相关专业，硕士优先；

2. Professional certification such as HKICPA / CPA / ACCA preferred; 持有HKICPA、CPA或ACCA等专业资格优先；

3. Minimum 8--10 years of progressive experience in finance, including management experience; 8--10年以上财务相关经验，具备团队管理经验；

4. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and Mainland tax regulations and financial compliance requirements; 熟悉香港及内地财税法规及合规体系；

5. Proven experience in financial system setup, cross-border operations, and capital management; 具备跨境财务管理及财务体系搭建经验；

6. Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities; 具备战略思维及较强的财务分析与决策支持能力；

7. Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English. 中英文沟通能力良好。
