岗位职责 Responsibilities

• 负责私域社群搭建与日常运营管理

• 建立客户信任体系，推动会员转化

• 协助线上直播及内容运营

• 提升社群活跃度与转化效率

• 支持品牌IP打造与圈层影响力建设

• Build and manage private domain communities

• Establish trust systems and drive membership conversion

• Support webinars and content operations

• Improve community engagement and conversion rate

• Contribute to brand and IP development

任职要求 Qualifications

• 具备销售意识及社群运营经验

• 良好的沟通表达能力

• 具备一定直播或内容输出能力优先

• 自驱力强，目标导向明确

• Sales-driven mindset with community management experience

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in live streaming or content creation preferred

• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
