Responsibilities

• Play an important role in end-to-end execution of transactions, such as IPO, M&A, other capital raising mandates
• Support senior bankers in sourcing new business opportunities by preparing pitch materials
• Develop, maintain and analyze sophisticated financial models for potential transactions and client pitches
• Conduct due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory checks
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior team members

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of working experience at leading investment banks is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from a reputable university. A Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
• Solid understanding of capital markets, investment banking, and corporate finance principles
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
