Key Responsibilities

1. Cover Web3 industry, with a focus on Chinese and US companies, with knowledge about companies in other regions. Looking for investment opportunities from a global perspective
2. Support both onshore and offshore sales, through actively providing stock ideas; closely interact with FA/ IBD teams by providing global Web3 industry trends and prospectors, as well as deal opportunities
3. Present investment ideas to buyside clients through regular meetings, marketing, and discussions, driving trading flow and monetization
4. Conduct in-depth bottom-up fundamental research on companies, build financial models, and write investment reports
5. Communicate industry themes and investment ideas with clients and internal sales team

Qualifications

1. Strong background in Web3 equity research with good understanding of the global Web3 industry
2. Good analytical skill with independent and critical thinking
3. Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
4. Passion for excellence and high level of motivation
5. Work well within the team and able to make timely and results-driven investment recommendations
6. Good command in spoken and written Mandarin and English
