Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, private placements and other fund-raising exercises
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining market updates, pitch books, transaction databases and NDR/roadshow arrangements
• Liaise with sales desk, issuer client and investors during deal execution
• Manage day-to-day client enquiries and dialogues, developing skills in addressing questions and facilitating professional dialogues

Qualifications

• Undergraduate business degree – Finance/accounting background is preferred
• Team player and self-starter with exhibited initiative and drive
• Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail in aspects of work product
• Good team player and self-starter with exhibited initiative and drive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
