Role Overview

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support on product and transaction matters, with an initial focus on digital asset mining and investment-related work. The role reports directly to the CEO, and key stakeholders include business teams involved in mining, financing, and investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on mining-related matters, including advising, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Provide legal support on transactional matters, including financing, equity, and shareholder agreements
• Support product launches and risk assessments for new and existing products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including finance, operations, and project management—to align legal strategies with business objectives
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks associated with business activities and transactions
• Manage external legal counsel and other third-party legal service providers as needed
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments relevant to digital assets, investments, and cross-border financing

Experience and Skills

• Qualification in a leading common-law jurisdiction (e.g., Singapore, US, UK, Hong Kong) preferred
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in legal work, ideally across product and/or transactional matters
• Strong background in structuring, leading, and negotiating financing and investment agreements across multiple jurisdictions
• Familiarity with digital asset products and services is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple complex projects
