Job Responsibilities

Process Risk Management

• Proactively engage in cross-departmental communication and collaboration
• Deeply participate in the design and optimization of various business processes of the company
• Promote the effective implementation of Risk Management processes across all departments
• Conduct regular process inspections to promptly identify potential risks in processes and propose improvement suggestions

Fund Monitoring and Risk Traceability

• Based on existing standardized protocols for full-scale capital flow recording, further optimize standardized processes
• Focus on enhancing data accuracy in abnormal scenarios, multi-dimensional consistency, and full-link traceability
• Strengthen data support for risk identification

Business Risk Assessment and Monitoring

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on all business activities of the company to identify potential operational risks
• Improve risk monitoring indicators and early warning mechanisms
• Continuously track changes in business risks
• Issue regular risk assessment reports to provide strong support for company decision-making

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from a QS Top 100 university
• (Or a 985 university in Mainland China; outstanding candidates from 211 universities in Mainland China will also be considered)
• Science-related majors are preferred, such as Mathematics, Statistics, etc.

Work Experience

• Fresh graduates (graduated within the past 6 months) or professionals with no more than 3 years of work experience

Language Proficiency

• Both English and Mandarin can be used as working languages
• Ability to proficiently communicate in English both in writing and orally, with fluent and standard Mandarin

Comprehensive Competencies

• Excellent logical thinking ability, with the capacity to analyze and solve problems clearly
• Strong communication and expression skills, proficient in effectively collaborating with personnel from different departments
• Rigorous and detail-oriented work attitude, with high sensitivity to data and details
