Financial and IR Experience

• Assist with board package preparation
• Prepare financial reporting package, including business metrics worksheet, call scripts, IR PPT, ER, etc.
• Have strong understanding of US funds (know funds and analysts, can propose a target list for roadshows and conferences)
• Prepare competitor analysis accumulated from public domain

All-round investor communication support to the Head of IR

• Maintain investor database
• Prepare Street expectation worksheet
• Organize and participate NDRs
• Liaise with research analysts
• Prepare corporate presentation materials and maintain IR website
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly reports and announcements

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-8 years in total with 1-2 years in an audit or financial analysis role (will consider candidate with more audit/financial than IR experience but must have at least 1 year of IR experience)
• Have good relationships with sell-side analysts, familiarity with fintech industry a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, personable
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office, esp. PPT and Excel
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
