Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Institutional Business Manager to drive global banking partnerships, foster strategic collaborations, and spearhead innovative financial solutions. This role sits at the intersection of institutional partnerships, investment incubation, and financial innovation, offering high visibility and impact within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional & Banking Partnerships

• Expand and manage relationships with multinational banks to support global growth
• Lead negotiations and establish partnership frameworks with payment, financial, and technology institutions
• Oversee execution of strategic projects through cross-functional coordination, resource alignment, and progress management

Project Incubation & Investment Collaboration

• Build structured engagement mechanisms with portfolio and pipeline startups
• Identify core business needs, design tailored support pathways, and provide strategic resources
• Drive business milestones and ensure incubation projects meet growth and performance objectives

Financial Innovation & Channel Development

• Track industry trends and emerging models across payments, cross-border finance, and settlement structures
• Design and implement innovative channel solutions in partnership with product, legal, and risk teams
• Ensure compliance and efficiency in all partnership structures and financial initiatives

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fintech, enterprise services, or B2B business lines
• Proven track record in business development, project execution, or partnership management
• Experience working with startups, VC/PE firms, payment providers, or cross-border financial institutions preferred
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to deliver complex initiatives end-to-end
• Strategic thinker with strong market awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Solid knowledge of financial products, payment flows, and capital channels; comfortable working closely with legal/compliance teams
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Law, or Management preferred
• Fluent in Chinese with professional working proficiency in English
• Self-driven, accountable, and adaptable to fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Preferred Plus

• Hands-on experience in early-stage incubation (0–1 projects), entrepreneurship, or platform companies
• Familiarity with Web3, digital asset compliance, cross-border payments licensing, or innovative financial frameworks
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to design, refine, or optimize business models and partnership processes
