Responsibilities

• Participant in CDD/KYC activities at customer onboarding, ongoing review and name screening
• Identify suspicious activities trends, carry out investigation and prepare report for internal review/ STR filing
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating policies and procedures for the general operation of the Company to comply with the latest laws, regulations and requirements
• Assist to prepare internal reports
• Back-up support between team members on any ad-hoc matters

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Law or Compliance related fields
• Previous experience in virtual asset or financial institution preferred
• Possessing good research skills
• Proven expertise in MS Office Product (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills - Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
