Job Description

As a BD Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing our business development efforts and identifying new opportunities in the Hong Kong market. You will collaborate with partners, establish strategic alliances, and promote our products and services in the Hong Kong market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential partners and business opportunities, negotiate collaborations with financial institutions, technology partners, etc., and formulate partnership agreements
  • Drive business development and expansion in the Hong Kong market, develop and execute relevant business development strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, provide solutions, and drive business growth
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong, ensuring the company's business activities remain compliant
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance the company's visibility and brand image in Hong Kong
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing market insights and competitive advantages to the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a background in the financial industry, particularly in the cryptocurrency sector
  • In-depth understanding and interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, familiar with financial regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to build and maintain relationships with partners at various levels
  • Strong market analysis abilities and business acumen, capable of identifying and evaluating business opportunities
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with different departments and teams to achieve common goals
  • Fluent spoken and written English, proficiency in Chinese communication is a plus
